Is there a minimum order for desk mats?

The minimum order quantity depends on the size and style of desk mat you choose. It will either be 100/250 or 500 mats. Where pricing information is given on a desk mat page, the lowest quantity priced is the minimum order quantity.

How do I submit artwork?

Please read our guide to submitting artwork here. Please note that we CANNOT accept artwork in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Publisher or Excel.

Delivery Charges

Delivery to a single UK mainland address (except Highlands and Islands) is free of charge on a "next working-day service". There will be a delivery charge on orders to be shipped to UK addresses on a pre-9am or pre-12pm service as well as deliveries to non-mainland UK and Europe. Additional charges will apply for deliveries that are split across multiple UK-mainland addresses.

Payment

We prefer payment by BACS but can also accept cheques (payable to Acoo Review Ltd) and credit cards - details will appear on your invoice. For most first-time customers we require payment before delivery of your custom goods. 30 day credit terms may be extended for repeat customers on application (subject to credit check).

Do I get a proof?

Yes. You will receive a PDF proof for final approval for mass production, normally within 3 working days of confirmation of your order.

Can I have a custom sample made?

We don't normally provide a pre-production sample.

How long will my order take?

Your desk mats are normally delivered within 10-14 working days of approval for mass production.

Can you give me a quote?

In most cases, prices are clearly displayed on our website, however if you are unsure about your design, we can take a look and provide you with a direct quote. Please call or email and we will respond directly.

How much is setup and origination?

We don't charge for setup and origination.

Delivery Quantities - What are Overs and Unders?

Overs/Unders: From time to time in the print trade, the quantities of printed items delivered will be fewer than ordered due to product rejections by Quality Control ("spoilage") - when this happens, it is referred to as an "under". By contrast, where more mats than required pass quality control, this is known as an "over". Unders are usually refunded and you will not normally be charged for overs. Please note that for we may not know the extent of overs/unders until after delivery as the production report does not always come through at the time of shipping. To read more on this, you may find this blog post of interest. We try to work within a 0% unders and 2% overs range but this cannot be guaranteed (+/- 5% is the maximum we would deem acceptable).

Can you supply custom-shaped desk mats?

Yes but please note that a tooling charge and a minimum order quantity (250 or more) will apply. Prices on our desk mat product pages will not necessarily apply for custom deskmats depending on the dimensions and you should contact us for more information or a quote. Tooling charges for Welded and Tough are significantly higher than for Hardtop desk mats.
